Your Path to Becoming an ECS Student

We’re delighted that you’re considering Evergreen Christian School for your family! Our enrollment process is designed to help us get to know your student while giving you the opportunity to gather the information you need to make an informed decision. From your first visit, you’ll see how faith, academics, and community come together to create an environment where students flourish. Whether you’re exploring our early learning program, elementary, or middle school, we’re here to guide you every step of the way and answer any questions you may have.

Enrollment Process

Step 1: Application

New students begin by creating a Skyward account and completing an application.

Please be sure to complete the full application and click "submit" to complete the application.

Step 2: Submit Required Documents

Your application packet must include the following:

Preschool

Birth certificate
Copy of immunization form

Kindergarten

Birth certificate
Copy of immunization form
Academic reference form

Grades 1–8

Completed immunization form
Copy of most recent transcripts
Two academic reference forms

Step 3: Assessment & Interview

After your completed application is received and reviewed, our office will contact you (if space is available) to schedule:

An academic assessment
A parent interview with the Principal (same visit)
A campus tour

During this time, all of your questions about our school will be answered. You will be notified of acceptance after this appointment.

Step 4: Registration Fee

Upon acceptance, a check for the registration fee will be requested. This fee secures your child’s spot in class and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Investing in Students

Tuition Assistance & Scholarships at ECS

God has graciously blessed Evergreen Christian School with a tuition assistance program for families who desire a Christian education but may need financial support. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we have established an endowment fund dedicated exclusively to providing scholarships for students in need. We invite those who feel led to give to this important program as we work to sustain and expand tuition assistance opportunities for future generations.

The application process for tuition assistance begins February 1, with decisions typically finalized by the end of May. Families must reapply each year, and awards are granted based on available funds through a careful, prayerful review process.

NOTE: A completed application to enroll in our school is required before we will review a scholarship application.
